What is Erbium YAG Laser Resurfacing
Erbium laser treatment is a type of skin resurfacing that uses a focused laser to gently remove very thin layers of damaged surface skin while warming the tissue underneath. Because the erbium laser targets water in the skin, it can be very precise—helping improve texture, soften fine lines, and reduce the look of sun damage, uneven tone, and certain scars. The intensity can be adjusted from a lighter “refresh” to a deeper resurfacing, depending on your goals and downtime. As your skin heals, new, smoother skin comes forward and collagen support gradually improves.
Your overall aesthetic goals and the condition of your skin will determine the number of recommended treatments. If you’re seeking to lift unwanted pigment, you may need a few Spectrum IPL sessions about a month apart to achieve ideal results.

Erbium Laser Treatment is not recommended for patients with the following:

NSAIDS, Fish oils (7 days) o Light sensitive skin

How long is the treatment session?
