Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections are a targeted treatment designed to relieve muscle tension and reduce pain caused by tight, sensitive areas within the muscle known as trigger points. These areas can contribute to localized discomfort as well as referred pain in other parts of the body.

During the procedure, a precise amount of medication—such as a local anesthetic (lidocaine), neuromodulator (Botox®), homeopathic solution (Sarapin), or corticosteroid—is injected directly into the affected muscle. This helps release tension, improve function, and promote lasting relief while preserving surrounding tissue.

With minimal downtime and a quick, in-office treatment, trigger point injections offer an effective solution for patients seeking relief from chronic muscle pain, improved mobility, and enhanced overall comfort.
